Tate Metalworks in Roebuck, South Carolina, is now hiring experienced Maintenance Technician for weekday shifts to start immediately.

About the Job

Duties include repairing and maintaining plant and construction equipment. Work varies from mechanical repairs, to electrical and hydraulic repairs, and overseeing 3rd party vendor repair services as well at the Tate Metalworks fabrication and manufacturing facility near Spartanburg, S.C.

Weekday hours are Monday through Thursday: 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. 

Employee Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in Facilities Maintenance preferred
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Able to read a tape measure
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Kneeling, bending, and lifting
  • Working on feet all day long
  • Climbing ladders

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary is negotiable based on experience and results of weld testing.
  • 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, Annually
